Our studio provides a soft and warm ambiance that will uplift the spirit and help relieve your everyday stresses. We offer classes for beginners to advanced yogis, in styles ranging from Hatha to Vinyasa flow, from Yin Yoga to Hot Yoga, Gentle Yoga to Meditative Yoga, and more. Stop in today to see what style of yoga best suites you.

We offer walk-in classes as well as the opportunity to sign-up or reserve your space in class online. Classes are on a first-come first-serve basis.

Beginner Tips

Solace Yoga Studio is an all-level studio. Beginners will feel comfortable here as well as more experienced students. Many people think that they have to be flexible to practice yoga but much of the benefit of yoga is the practice itself and becoming more flexible over time. Yoga helps to relieve tightness in muscles as well as helps those who are already flexible.
