Margaritaville Resort at Lake Conroe

Texas's first Margaritaville Resort. This project was a complete renovation of a 20-story, 357,000 square foot hotel with 303 suites starting at 600-square-feet and 32 lakefront cottages with boat slips that range from 560 to 715 square feet. The scope of work included a complete interior demolition and renovation of the hotel tower including MEP systems, demolition and build back of a 3-acre water park which included an adult’s only pool, a teen pool with water slides, a toddler pool, and a kiddie pool. All new landscaping was installed around the hotel tower and water park and miscellaneous landscape improvements were made to the remaining resort grounds. The resort also offers Margaritaville branded food and beverage restaurants that were constructed in addition to the hotel tower renovation including the Landshark Bar and Grill detached from the tower. Several amenities on the resort grounds were upgraded with new MEP systems, roofing, and cosmetic upgrades that were in line with the Margaritaville brand including the Conference Center, Spa, Fitness Facility and Golf Club.
