Class Bookings

  • Classes may be booked up to 30 days in advance 

Class Cancellations

  • Classes must be canceled 2 hours in advance of the start time. Canceling class less than 2 hours before the class starts - late cancel - results in a $10 fine and loss of a class from your package. 

  • No-shows are fined $15 and a class will be deducted from your package. Unlimited members will be fined $30. 

  • Everyone who wishes to practice with us must have a complete profile created on Wellnessliving, a signed waiver, and a stored credit card on file, or link to someone else who has a method of payment on file. No exceptions. 


  • If the class reaches capacity the waitlist will be triggered. Someone will be monitoring the waitlist moment by moment to ensure all that can be, are added to the class. 

  • Please sign up for classes you know get quite full in advance so you have your spot reserved! 

Refunds + Returns

  • We do not offer returns or exchanges on retail products purchased.

  • Unused Memberships and Class Packages are non-refundable.

  • Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared.

  • Class Packages may be shared between immediate family members only. 

Account Holds

  • Unlimited members may place a one-time hold on their account for up to 30 days for a fee of $50. You may extend your account hold by paying $75/month. Account hold requests require 5 days advance notice. To put a hold on your account, please email

Membership Cancellation

  • To cancel your membership, please provide written notice to a minimum of 5 days before your auto-renewal date. 

Package Expiration

  • You have 5 days after your package runs out or your membership expires to repurchase at the same rate. New packages can start on whatever date you choose within the next 365 days.

  • Packages that are not repurchased within 5 days are subject to new pricing. Stay committed!
